Allen enthusiastically started his consultancy career in 2000, earning a reputation amongst his customers as a highly engaging, insightful, and energetic consultant. Armed with a results-oriented style tailored to meet specific needs, Allen’s background lends him to servicing organisations in industries covering hospitality, logistics, healthcare, academies, and even government agencies.
He has amassed his expertise across over 80 cities, rendering his professional services to more than 2,500 businesses alone, and growing.
With years of international experience, he is capable of communicating with his customers fluently in English, Chinese, and Cantonese, while conversational in Thai, meeting a variety of needs.


An accountant by training, Nancy has had the opportunity to dabble in a range of industries throughout over two decades of work experience. Ranging from finance, administration, human resources, and business operations, Nancy has the know-how and knowledge to ensure that the quality of services rendered to clients is of outstanding calibre. 

At Impact, she oversees company operations and establishes workflows that keep the business running smoothly. She is also involved in program curation and improvement, while managing resources for optimal allocation.

Fenny Lee-Teo

Currently based in Beijing, China, Fenny has amassed a decade of multinational experience. She attended a Hotel Management Course at the renowned International Management Institute in Luzerne, Switzerland. 

Her comprehensive knowledge of hospitality operations has allowed her to achieve meaningful and substantial results for her clients. 

Fenny has delivered training programs for the hospitality industry in APAC, Greater China, Middle East, and Europe. With this, she is proficient in English and Mandarin, with knowledge of the basics of French. 

Across her outstanding career, Sue Gan has accomplished much within the hospitality industry. With a principal core of Customer Focus and Commercial Awareness, she is highly capable of effectively communicating and problem-solving. 

With over 20 years of experience, her notable accomplishments include a highly successful launch for Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore. She also boasts overseas credentials in cities and resorts worldwide, ranging from Bangkok, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and others. 

Sue Gan is no stranger to a challenge, having worked in multiple segments throughout her career, such as Corporate FITs & Groups, MICE, Tour Series, Ad Hoc Groups, Airline crew contracting, amongst others.
